What? Formats for JoyatWork (virtual or face to face)
JoyAtWork Workshop: Together, the group identifies causes of stress and lack of joy in the first step. Based on this, individual topics are addressed in conversation, group work and self-reflection. At the end of the workshop, there is a joy action plan with which each individual and the entire team can permanently create more joy in the workplace. A more intensive treatment of individual topics in further workshops can be useful.
JoyAtWork Series:
Series of 2-hour group sessions with a combination of impulses, self-reflection and sharing. You determine the number and frequency of the individual sessions according to your needs.
Collegial exchange between sessions supports the consolidation of awareness and the effectiveness of implementation. The sessions can take place in a fixed team as well as with freely formed groups.
Individual Coaching: Complementary to the above-mentioned formats or as stand-alone individual support for your employees. Duration and frequency to be coordinated individually.
Possible topics:
Having difficult conversations, joy killers, dealing with emotions, saying no and setting boundaries, mindset, values, purpose, comfort zone, routines, workplace organization
Which format best suits your individual needs, we clarify together in a detailed conversation. For a first meeting, choose a suitable date here.

How? Sustainable change and joy with the 3-A model:
Awareness: Understanding oneself better is the basis for personal satisfaction and constructive communication with others. Therefore, this step is primarily about self-reflection of the individual and the team.
Angucken: Building on the awareness created in phase 1, this phase is about further development. The focus is on how possible change can look and be approached.
Anpacken: Any plan is only as good as its implementation. Therefore this phase is about ensuring implementation. Derived from the first two phases, employees create a personal action plan and create their "follow-through" strategy. Possible formats for sustainable implementation:
